What time will you be at my home?
-This is best answered during the estimate meeting when you let us know how often you would like service. Once we are in your home more often, we can do more maintenance cleaning instead of deep cleaning, because we are keeping the buildup down by being there regularly, thus needing less time. It also depends what area’s we’re in during the day, and if there are special requests for time. Please discuss this with Allyson upon your initial meeting.

What is the difference between using your company and an individual cleaning person or maid?

-We have a set schedule and list of items to be cleaned ahead of time, after a fair estimate meeting is conducted.  We can keep our prices fair and low, but the quality of cleaning high, because we have experience in the business. You also have dependability. Your cleaning will not be cancelled because your individual cleaner has car problems, children are home from school, are sick. There is always someone there to clean your home, and you will be given the choice to wait for your normal cleaner or have a different team come in.
Not only do we have a proven record of success, we are also obligated to follow state and federal laws. We pay taxes, and follow all regulations for employment and upkeep of the business.  When you chose us, you are choosing a safe and reliable company to trust with your most valuable possession.

Why does the First/One Time Deep Cleaning take Longer then smaller  Maintenance Cleanings?
-House cleaning is very hard work—you know, that’s why you’re coming to a service! The first time we clean your home, or whenever we do a deep clean, the job is scrubbing intensive as we get all areas cleaned and sanitized to high standards.
Especially depending on the initial level of buildup for the first clean, these cleanings can take almost 2times longer than other cleanings.  We’re not charging a higher rate for a one-time cleaning just because we want to “make money off you”. We charge a higher rate for those cleanings because it’s a longer, harder job.
